If for any reason you ever decide to delete your account, your account and your Personal Data will be deleted from our database.

Publicly Available Data
When you use the Services, certain information is public, such as your name, username, profile photo, hometown, public experiences(including all Experience Data for these experiences), your Social Interaction on public experiences of other Users, your number of followers and the number of people that you follow, and may be searchable by search engines and be shared with or disclosed to third parties, including to our partners and customers.
Data That May Be Shared With Third Party Partners And Service Providers
We may use service providers, vendors and contractors to provide or perform services on our behalf. In these cases, we may need to share your Personal Data with them.

How does Pinterrail protect your personal information?
Pinterrail will have appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to safeguard your (personal) data against loss or any other form of unlawful processing.
How long does Pinterrail keep your personal information?
Pinterrail will store your personal data as long as necessary to perform the purposes of processing as stated in this statement. This means we store Users personal data at least for the time you make use of our Services. We delete your personal data after you have deleted your account.
What rights do Users have?
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation, Users have a number of rights regarding their personal data and the processing thereof:
You may send your request to Pinterrail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Pinterrail shall respond to your request without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of receipt of the request. That period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. Pinterrail shall inform you of any such extension within 30 days of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.
If Pinterrail does not take action on your request, Pinterrail shall inform you without delay and at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the request of the reasons for not taking action. In that case, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority and to seek a judicial remedy.
